Projekt zakłada rozwój TIK w usługach publicznych, poprzez wzrost liczby eUsług i wzrost ich zaawansowania, rozwój e-usług sektora publicznego. Celem jest rozszerzenie zakresu spraw, które mieszkańcy i przedsiębiorcy będą mogli załatwić przez narzędzia IT oraz wdrażanie publicznych usług cyfrowych o coraz wyższych poziomach zaawansowania. Osiągnięcie celów możliwe będzie poprzez podjęcie działań ukierunkowanych na zwiększenie zastosowania TIK w gospodarce i społeczeństwie. Elektronizacja ułatwi też kontakt z administracją. Projekt polega na wdrożeniu i uruchomieniu 44 eusług z zakresu działania gminnej administracji publicznej, dla mieszkańców Gminy Beneficjenta, przedsiębiorców, innych osób załatwiających sprawy urzędowe oraz dwóch Usług A2A, wewnątrzadministracyjnych. E-usługi będą na najwyższym poziomem dojrzałości i transakcyjności (personalizacja), będą oferować możliwość załatwienia w całości spraw on-line oraz dokonania ePłatności. eUsługi będą dostępne poprzez elektroniczną platformę, zintegrowane z e-PUAP i Profilem zaufanym. Przewidziano modernizację infrastruktury teleinformatycznej Beneficjenta do wymogów związanych ze świadczeniem e-usług. Projekt wnosi bardzo pozytywny wpływ na sferę gospodarczą regionu. E-usługi, spersonalizowane, dla wszystkich grup docelowych wprowadzą ułatwienia dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej a możliwość załatwiania spraw. Finalnie powstanie zintegrowany, spójny System, umożliwiający świadczenie eUsług. Etapy projektu: zakup usługi inżyniera kontraktu, postępowania przetargowe, zakup sprzętu, zakup aplikacji d eUsług, uruchomienie eUsług, szkolenia, weryfikacja polityki bezpieczeństwa, audyt teleinformatyczny. Nie przewiduje się prowadzenia żadnych prac budowlanych. Projekt zakłada uruchomienie 44 eUsług na 5 poziomie, co wypełnia 20% założeń dla całego województwa, według SZOOP - Zał 2 Tab. Wskaźników Projekt wykazuje wysokie korzyści społeczne, i jak najbardziej zasługuje na dofinansowanie. (Polish)

The project involves the development of ICT in public services, through an increase in the number of eServices and an increase in the number of services, the development of e-services for the public sector. The aim is to expand the range of cases that citizens and businesses will be able to deal with through IT tools and the implementation of public digital services of ever higher levels of maturity. The objectives can be achieved by taking measures to increase the uptake of ICT in the economy and society. Electronics will also be easier to communicate with the administration. The project consists of the implementation and operation of 44 services from the municipal public administration, for residents of the municipality of the beneficiary, entrepreneurs, other persons dealing with official cases and two A2A services, internal administrative procedures. E-services will be at the highest level of maturity and transaction (personalisation), will offer the possibility to complete all online cases and make ePayment. eServices will be available through the electronic platform integrated into the e-PUAP and the trusted profile. The modernisation of the ICT infrastructure of the beneficiary is envisaged for the requirements related to the provision of e-services. The project has a very positive impact on the economic sphere of the region. Personalised e-services for all target groups will facilitate business activities and the ability to deal with cases. An integrated, coherent system to enable the delivery of the eServices will be finalised. Phases of the project: the purchase of the services of a contract engineer, tendering procedures, the purchase of equipment, the purchase of an application d eServices, the launching of eServices, training, verification of security policies, an IT audit. No construction works are foreseen. The project involves the launch of 44 eServices at 5 level, which fulfils 20 % of the assumptions for the whole province, according to SZOOP — Annex 2 Tab. the project indicators show high societal benefits and merits the funding as much as possible.
