Poszerzanie i aktualizowanie wiedzy jest kluczem do sukcesu w każdej branży. Rozwój zawodowy pracownika wprost przekłada się na zwiększenie zysków firmy i poprawę konkurencyjności i jakość świadczonych usług. Kształcenie nauczycieli i nauczycielek przekłada się na jakość nauczania i poziom całej placówki. Jednak, aby nauczyciele mogli dostarczać uczniom najbardziej aktualną wiedzę w atrakcyjny sposób niezbędne jest przygotowanie oferty edukacyjnej również dla nich w ramach systemu ciągłego doskonalenia i doszkalania. Szczególnie wartościowe są te formy kształcenia ustawicznego nauczycieli, które realizowane są w porozumieniu z pracodawcami określającymi kierunki i zakres tego kształcenia. Niezwykle istotne jest wprowadzenie stałych mechanizmów współpracy przedsiębiorców ze szkołami na poziomie lokalnym. Niniejszy projekt "ZSZ - profesjonalny start na rynku pracy" to odpowiedź na realizację ww potrzeb. Wniosek ma celu modernizację metod i treści kształcenia zawodowego dzięki doposażeniu bazy dydaktycznej ZSZ zgodnie z potrzebami dzisiejszego rynku pracy. Założenia projektu zostały opracowane w porozumieniu z pracodawcami. Cel projektu, którym jest poprawa jakości kształcenia zawodowego w powiecie braniewskim zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 2 zadań, na jakie składają się: studia podyplomowe, kursy zawodowe i staże dla kadry ZSZ oraz doposażenie istniejącej bazy dydaktycznej. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty jest beneficjent instytucjonalny, czyli szkoła ZSZ oraz beneficjenci indywidualni jakimi są nauczyciele i nauczycielki kształcenia zawodowego i przedmiotów ogólnych (14 os). Extending and updating knowledge is the key to success in every industry. The professional development of the worker directly contributes to increasing the company’s profits and improving the competitiveness and quality of the services provided. The education of teachers and teachers translates into the quality of teaching and the level of the whole facility. However, in order for teachers to be able to provide students with the most up-to-date knowledge, it is essential to prepare an educational offer also for them as part of a system of continuous improvement and further training. These forms of training for teachers are of particular value and are implemented in agreement with employers setting out the directions and scope of that training. It is crucial to put in place permanent business cooperation mechanisms with schools at local level. This project ‘ZZZ — Professional start on the labour market’ is a response to the needs. The aim of the proposal is to modernise the methods and content of vocational training through the retrofitting of the teaching base of the ZZ in line with the needs of today’s labour market. The objectives of the project have been developed in agreement with the employers. The objective of the project, which is to improve the quality of vocational training in the district of brinzewski, will be achieved through the following 2 tasks: post-graduate studies, vocational courses and traineeships for the staff of ZZs and retrofitting of the existing teaching base. The project is covered by the institutional beneficiary, i.e. the school of SSF, as well as the individual beneficiaries of vocational education and training teachers and general subjects (14 persons).
