Celem projektu jest nabycie wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych 76kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży księgowej i audytowej:audytor wewnętrzny CIA®,IT-arkusze kalkulacyjne,budżet zadaniowy w sektorze publicznym w okresie III.2019-IX.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs audytora wewnętrzny z certyfikatem CIA®, kurs IT-arkusze kalkulacyjne, kurs budżet zadaniowy w sektorze publicznym. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy. (Polish)

The purpose of the project is to acquire the knowledge and professional skills of 76 women/men from Zwara-Warminsko-Mazurskie by means of project courses in the accounting sector and audytowej:audytor internal CIA ®, IT-spreadsheets, activity-based budgeting in the public sector during the period III.2019-IX.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following activities/tasks: organisation and holding of 3 courses leading to a higher qualification and/or competence. The recipients of support are adults, on their own initiative, interested in raising the professional competences and skills that they study, work or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Warminsko-Mazurskie, to the exclusion of persons carrying out an economic activity. These courses are as follows: the course of an internal auditor with the CIA ® certificate, the course of the IT-spreadsheets, a activity-based budget in the public sector. The implementation of the project is expected to lead to the adaptation of the skills and skills of adults to the needs of the labour market. (English)
