Projekt jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodzin, która dzięki jego realizacji może ulec znaczącej poprawie. Ma to się odbyć poprzez dostęp do usług wsparcia rodziny oraz działania na rzecz rozwoju specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych. GD będą osoby wykluczone, zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym i ich otoczenie 212 osób: os. dorosłe 136 (89 K, 47M) i w wieku (1-18)lat 76(38 K, 38 M) z terenu Gminy Buczkowice. CEL: Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Zadania: Rozszerzenie oferty wsparcia świetlicy środowiskowej w tym z programem socjoterapeutycznym, zakup i montaż wyposażenia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych. Zatrudnienie nauczyciele realizujący zajęcia, pomoc psychologiczna oraz grupa wsparcia a także zatrudnienie opiekunów środowiskowych i asystenta rodziny. Okres: 1.01.2018-31.12.2019 r. The project is a response to the plight of families, which can improve significantly thanks to its implementation. This will be done through access to family support services and the development of specialised care services. The GD will be of persons excluded, at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their entourage 212: adult 136 (89 K, 47M) and age (1-18) years 76 (38 K, 38 M) from the municipality of Brezkowice. OBJECTIVE: Increase the availability and quality of social services preventing poverty and social exclusion. Tasks: Extending the offer of support for community display facilities including a socio-therapeutic programme, purchase and assembly of equipment, purchase of teaching aids. Employing teachers, psychological assistance and support groups, as well as the employment of environmental carers and family assistants. Period: 1.01.2018-31.12.2019 Place: GOK ul.
