Předmětem projektu je snižování energetické náročnosti ve výrobním procesu, projektem bude zajištěno zvýšení energetické účinnosti celého výrobního procesu vstřikování termoplastů. Výrobní proces vstřikování termoplastů je energeticky velmi náročný proces. V rámci projektu se bude jednat o energetickou úsporu, která je vyjádřena porovnáním současně používané výrobní technologie za energeticky úspornější technologii s uzavírací silou 1x 450t a 2x 300t. The project aims at reducing energy intensity in the production process by ensuring an increase in the energy efficiency of the entire thermoplastics injection process. The production process of thermoplastics injection is an energy intensive process. The project will include energy savings, expressed by comparing the production technology used at the same time as more energy-efficient technology with a closing force of 1x450 t and 2x 300 t.
