Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup wozu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z wyposażeniem zamontowanym na stałe oraz specjalistycznego sprzętu dla jednostki OSP w Rycicach, zrzeszonej w Krajowym Systemie Ratowniczo-Gaśniczym. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotowego projektu obejmuje zakup samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem: zamontowanym na stałe oraz niezamontowanym na stałe. Projekt obejmuje: 1. Zakup średniego samochodu strażackiego ze sprzętem zamontowanym na stałe. 2. Zakup sprzętu ratowniczo – gaśniczego niezamontowanego na stałe tj.: - Zestawu ratownictwa technicznego; - Zestawu ratownictwa medycznego; - Specjalistyczny sprzęt z zakresu ochrony przeciwpowodziowej; - Agregat prądotwórczy; - Pompy pożarniczej. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu zapewni wzmocnienie potencjału Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Rycicach. Zakupiony samochód oraz wyposażenie pozwoli strażakom na efektywniejsze i prowadzenie akacji ratowniczo – gaśniczych na terenie Gminy Chorzele oraz poza nią. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane negatywne kwestie związane z funkcjonowaniem OSP na terenie Gminy Chorzele, jak również gotowością do reagowania na występujące niebezpieczeństwa i zagrożenia naturalne, w tym związane ze zmianami klimatu. Interesariuszami przedmiotowego projektu są OSP w Rycicach, które zostanie doposażone w ramach projektu, jak również mieszkańcy Gminy Chorzele oraz Powiatu Przasnyskiego, którym realizacja projektu zapewni wzrost bezpieczeństwa i wzmocnienie ochrony przed zagrożeniami i skutkami. Projekt będzie realizowany przez pracowników Urzędu Miasta i Gminy Chorzele. W kwestiach technicznych dotyczących wozu oraz wyposażenia będą oni wspierani przez strażaków z OSP. Główne etapy projektu dotyczą zakupu wozu oraz wyposażenia, co zostanie dokonane poprzez przeprowadzenie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia. Zakupione środki trwałe zostaną przekazane na podstawie umowy użyczenia OSP w Rycicach. (Polish)

The object of this project is the purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles with permanently installed equipment and specific equipment for the unit of the TSO in Ryciice, which has been surrendered to the National Emergency Response System. The material scope of the project involves the purchase of a car for rescue — firefighting including equipment: permanently installed and not permanently installed. The project includes: 1. Purchase of a medium-fixed motor car with permanently installed equipment. 2. Purchase of emergency firefighting equipment (permanently installed), i.e.: — Technical rescue (STU); — Emergency medical team; Specialised flood protection equipment; — Agregat; — Fire pumps. The project will strengthen the capacity of the Voluntary Fire Service in Ryociice. The car you purchased and the equipment will allow the firefighters to operate more efficiently and run rescue, fire fighting and fire fighting in the commune of Chzele and outside. The project addresses the identified negative issues related to the operation of the TSOs in the area of the Municipality, as well as the preparedness to respond to emerging threats and natural hazards, including those related to climate change. The project concerned is the TSO in Ryciach, which will be retrofitted within the framework of the project, as well as the residents of the municipality of Chzele and the local district, whose implementation of the project will ensure increased safety and protection against risks and consequences. The project will be carried out by the employees of the municipal authority. In the technical area of the carriage and equipment, they will be supported by firefighters from the TSOs. The main steps of the project relate to the purchase of the carriage and equipment, which will be done by conducting the procurement procedure. The fixed assets purchased will be transferred on the basis of the agreement for the lending of TSOs in Ryciach. (English)
