Le projet consiste en la reconversion d'une friche industrielle par l'aménagement d'espaces publics en vue de connecter l'éco-quartier au reste de la ville. Il prévoit à terme la création d'une offre diversifiée de logements, de commerces et de services de proximité. En complément de ce projet, il est prévu la mise en place d'un Bus à Haut Niveau de Service qui permettra de désenclaver ce quartier. (French)

It ultimately provides for the creation of a diversified supply of accommodation, shops and local services.
