Celem głównym projektu jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych na zdegradowanych obszarach Opola Lub., a także zwiększenie dostępności do infrastruktury społecznej i kulturalnej, poprzez rewitalizację zdegradowanych obiektów w centrum miasta. Realizacja celu pozwoli na znaczne podniesienie jakości i dostępności oferty kulturalnej i rekreacyjnej, zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa publicznego oraz zmniejszenie wykluczenia społecznego, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na rozwój społeczny i gosp. gminy, a w dalszej perspektywie także na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców. Główne grupy docelowe to mieszkańcy gminy, turyści, samorząd lokalny oraz lokalni przedsiębiorcy. Zakres przedmiotowego zamierzenia inwestycyjnego obejmuje kompleksową modernizację obiektów na terenie gminy wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i ogólnodostępną ofertą kulturalną. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną następujące zadania:Zagospodarowanie terenu przy ul. Stary Rynek, ul. Kościelnej, ul. Piekarskiej, ul. M.Getta wraz z poprawą funkcjonowania skweru miejskiego; Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni placu Małego Targu wraz z poprawą funkcjonalności ul. Ogrodowej; Utworzenie Inkubatora Aktywności przy ul. Ogrodowej; Utworzenie Centrum Aktywnosci Lokalnej przy ul. Długiej; Utworzenie Centrum Usług Społecznych przy ul. Stary Rynek. Koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego; Koszty studium Wykonalności; Koszty osobowe; Koszty Promocji. Rezultaty: Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) -1EPC, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu 1200 os/rok, Liczba przedsiębiorstw ulokowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach 5 szt. The main purpose of the project is to restore the socio-economic functions in the degraded areas of Opole Lub and to increase accessibility to social and cultural infrastructure, through the revitalisation of degraded sites in the city centre. The objective will be to significantly increase the quality and accessibility of cultural and recreational offers, increase public safety and reduce social exclusion, which will directly affect the social and economic development of the municipality and, in the longer term, improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. The main target groups are local residents, tourists, local government and local entrepreneurs. The scope of this investment project consists of a comprehensive modernisation of the facilities in the territory of the municipality with an accompanying infrastructure and a cultural offer to the public. The project will carry out the following tasks: Old Market, ul. Church, ul. Baker, ul. The M.Getta with the improvement of the operation of the urban rock station; Managing the area of the Early Taranto area together with improving the functionality of the ul. Gardening; Creation of an Economic Activity Incubator at ul. Gardening; Establishment of a Centre for Local Activity at ul. Long; The establishment of the Centre for Social Services at ul. Old Market. Investor supervision costs; Costs of feasibility studies; Staff costs; Costs of promotion. Results: Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) -1 FTE, Number of persons benefiting from social/cultural/touristic infrastructure being the subject of the project 1200 s/year, Number of enterprises in regenerated areas 5 Useful floor area of buildings prepared for economic activities of 479.05 m² (English)
