Projekt skierowany do grupy 523 (281K/242M) osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatu człuchowskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 523 (281K/242M) osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania.
