Projekt jest skierowany do 566 osób bezrobotnych (299K,267M) z powiatu starogardzkiego, zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest wzmożenie działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez pracy, z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Starogardzie Gd. jako bezrobotne. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: aktywizacja uczestników/czek projektu; podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników/czek projektu. Działania: usługi poradnictwa zawodowego dla 566 os.(299K,267M); usługi pośrednictwa pracy dla 321 os.(207K,114M); przyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 158 os.(52K,106M); udzielenie wsparcia w postaci refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 167 os.(68K,99M); zorganizowanie szkoleń indywidualnych i grupowych dla 88 os.(41K,47M); zorganizowanie staży dla 154 os.(139K,15M). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej określonego na poziomie: dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - minimum 33%, dla kobiet - minimum 39%, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – minimum 33%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – minimum 30%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – minimum 38%. The aim of the project is to step up efforts to activate the labour force of people who are unemployed, excluding people before the age of 30, registered at the Gd. unemployed population in the Old Age. Specific objectives of the project: activation of project participants/participants; increase the employability of participants/participants in the project. Actions: career guidance services for 566 (299K, 267M); placement services for 321 (207K, 114M); one-off allocation for business start-ups for 158 (52K, 106M); provide support in the form of reimbursement of the cost of equipping or retro-equipping 167 (68K, 99M); the organisation of individual and group training courses for 88 (41K, 47M); placement of 154 persons (139K, 15M). The main output of the project will be to achieve the employment performance indicator set at: for persons aged 50 and over, minimum 33 %, for women at least 39 %, for persons with disabilities at least 33 %, for the long-term unemployed, at least 30 %, for the low-skilled at a minimum of 38 %.
