Celem Projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa JAK MET poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnego procesu produkcji wyrobów, jakimi są kosiarki i akcesoria ogrodnicze. Potrzebę związaną z unowocześnieniem procesu produkcyjnego, poprzez zakup nowych maszyn zidentyfikowano, dzięki analizom i badaniom rynku wskazującymi na preferencje konsumentów, wykonanym w oparciu o rozmowy z kluczowymi odbiorcami. Zadania projektu to: zakup urządzenia, jakim jest laser do cięcia metalu. Pozwoli on na szybszy i wydajniejszy proces produkcji. Dotychczas do wykonywania części metalowych stosowano prasy, jak i również zlecano takie prace podwykonawcom.Wprowadzenie opisywanej maszyny pozwoli na obniżenie kosztów produkcji i wprowadzenie nowej usługi do oferty Firmy. Proces ten stanowi bezpośrednią odpowiedź na zapotrzebowanie klientów na krótkie serie produkcyjne (Firma wprowadzi usługę produkcji odpowiedników dowolnie wybranych przez klienta noży do kosiarek).Zautomatyzuje to cały proces, skróci się czas realizacji konkretnych zamówień oraz poprawi się jakość wyrobów. Dzięki zaoferowaniu nowej usługi i przyspieszeniu obecnego procesu produkcji odbiorcami Firmy będą nie tylko dotychczasowi klienci - sklepy detaliczne i hurtownie, punkty serwisowe urządzeń ogrodowych, ale także klienci indywidualni potrzebujący mniejszą ilość produktów Firmy. Realizacja projektu wpłynie przede wszystkim na zwiększenie ilości zamówień w przedmiotowej Firmie. Pośród wskaźników należy wskazać że cele: CI1,CI2,CI29, Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych, Liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R, Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji, Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia prac B+R - zostały określone na poziomie 1. Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami/doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych został określone na poziomie 3, wskaźnik CI8 =2. Przychody ze sprzedaży nowych lub udoskonalonych produktów/procesów wyniosą 637 500,00 PLN, a cel CI6=1 054 700,00 PLN. (Polish)

The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of JAK MET by introducing an innovative product manufacturing process of lawn mowers and accessories. The need to modernise the production process, through the purchase of new machinery, has been identified through analysis and market research on consumer preferences, based on interviews with key consumers. The tasks of the project are to: purchase of a laser for cutting metal. It will allow a faster and more efficient production process. To date, the construction of metal parts has been used for the press and the subcontracted works have also been subcontracted. the description of the machine will lead to a reduction in production costs and the introduction of a new service to the company’s tender. This process is a direct response to customers’ demand for short production series (the company will introduce a production service of the same choice by the customer for knives for mowers).The automation of the process will be done, the time for specific orders will be shortened and the quality of the products will be improved. By offering a new service and accelerating the current production process, businesses will not only be customers — retail stores and wholesalers, gardening equipment points, but also individual customers in need of smaller firms. The project will primarily affect the volume of orders in the company. Among the indicators, it should be pointed out that the objectives are: CI1, CI2, CI29, Number of procedural innovations introduced, Number of results of R & D implemented, Number of enterprises supported for investments, Number of enterprises supported in the implementation of R & D, were set at level 1. The number of persons covered by the digital competence training/advice was set at level 3, CI8 = 2. Revenues from the sale of new or improved products/processes will amount to PLN 637 500,00 and the objective of CI6 = PLN 1 054 700,00. (English)
