Przedmiotem wniosku jest projekt pn. "Rozwój diagnostyki obrazowej w Szpitalu Powiatowym im. Jana Pawła II w Bartoszycach" realizujący cel bezpośredni: Poprawa jakości i skuteczności leczenia pacjentów poprzez modernizację oraz zakup nowoczesnej aparatury medycznej z zakresu diagnostyki obrazowej w Szpitalu Bartoszyckim, który jest spójny z celem 9 osi RPO WiM 2014-2020: „Podniesienie jakości i skuteczności usług zdrowotnych” co będzie możliwe poprzez realizację pełnego zakresu rzeczowego inwestycji będącego wsparciem m.in. oddziałów: Chorób Wewnętrznych z Ośrodkiem Intensywnej Opieki Kardiologicznej, Chirurgii Ogólnej i Małoinwazyjnej, Chorób Płuc, Urazowo-Ortopedyczny, Dział Rehabilitacji Ambulatoryjnej co umożliwi podniesienie jakości i dostępności świadczonych usług medycznych gdyż diagnostyka obrazowa stanowi podstawę funkcjonowania szpitala. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje przeprowadzenie robót remontowo-modernizacyjnych, rozbudowę istniejącego systemu RIS/PACS oraz doposażenie pracowni diagnostyki obrazowej Szpitala Powiatowego im.Jana Pawła II w Bartoszycach o: • Tomograf komputerowy • Aparat RTG typu telekomando • Cyfrowy aparat RTG typu zawieszenie sufitowe • Przenośne USG do pomocniczych badań i zabiegów • Stacja diagnostyczna lekarska • USG. W celu prawidłowej realizacji przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia w strukturze Beneficjenta powołany został zespół osób posiadających niezbędną wiedzę do sprawnej realizacji zakresu niniejszego projektu składający się z 5 osób (Z. Dyr. ds. Lecznictwa, Z. Dyr. ds. Finansowych - Główny Księgowy, Z. Dyr. ds. Technicznych, Koordynator Projektu, Kierownik Działu Elektrotechnicznego). Główne etapy realizacji projektu: przetarg na opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej, przetarg na opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz modernizację i doposażenie pracowni diagnostyki obrazowej, przetarg na zakup USG realizacja zakresu rzeczowego inwestycji zlecona wybranym w przetargach wykonawcom/dostawcom. The subject of the application is a project entitled “Development of imaging diagnostics at the John Paul II District Hospital in Bartoszyce”, pursuing a direct objective: Improving the quality and effectiveness of treatment of patients through the modernisation and purchase of modern medical equipment from the field of imaging in the Bartoszyn Hospital, which is consistent with Objective 9 of the Axis of ROP 2014-2020: “A reference to the quality and effectiveness of health services”, which will be made possible by the realisation of a full range of tangible investments supported by, inter alia, branches: Illness of the Interior with the Centre of Exceptional Cardiological Care, General and Minor Diseases, Puc, Uralo-Orthopaedic, Rehabilitation of the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Unit, which will make it possible to improve the quality and availability of the medical services provided, as the imaging diagnostics form the basis for the hospital’s operations. The material scope of the investment in question consists of the completion of renovation and modernisation works, the extension of the existing RIS/PACS system, and the provision of equipment for diagnostic imaging equipment for the district Hospital of John Paul II in Bartoszyce with: • Computer high-speed x-ray apparatus of a type of teleshopping to• Digital suspension x-ray apparatus of the ceiling suspension type• The USG for auxiliary studies and procedures• USG diagnostic testing• USG. For the purpose of the correct implementation of this project, a team of persons with the necessary knowledge for the smooth implementation of the project comprised of 5 persons (Z. Medicine, Z. Dir. Financial — Chief Auditor, Z. Dir. Technical, Project Coordinator, Head of the Electronic Unit). The main steps in the implementation of the project are as follows: tendering for the development of an application documentation, a tender for the design of documentation for the design documentation and the retrofitting and retrofitting of an imaging laboratory, an invitation to tender for the purchase of the USG for the realisation of the material scope of the investment, to be commissioned to tender contractors/suppliers.
