CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Wzrost aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 50 UP (23 K i 27 M) będących osobami zagrożonymi ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz min. 10 osób z ich otoczenia zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu wysokomazowieckiego i zambrowskiego w terminie od 01.01.2017 r. do 30.06.2018 r. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: 1. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze społecznym w odniesieniu do osób lub środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym – min. 56% 2. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze społecznym w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną, osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi – min. 46% 3. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze zatrudnieniowym w odniesieniu do osób lub środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym – min. 22% 4. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze zatrudnieniowym w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną, osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi – min. 12% GRUPA DOCELOWA: Osoby lub rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkałe na terenie powiatu wysokomazowieckiego i zambrowskiego(zgodnie z GD osób zamieszczonym w regulaminie z dnia 31marca 2016r. str.24-25) Podstawowymi UP będzie 50 osób w wieku 15 lat i więcej (23 kobiet i 27 mężczyzn) należących do GD, w tym 50% UP (25 osób) stanowić będą osoby w przedziale wiekowym 15-30 lat. W projekcie udział weźmie również min. 10 osób należących do otoczenia UP(tylko w zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne do skutecznego wsparcia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym). The social and employment performance indicator on a social dimension for people or people at risk of poverty or social exclusion at least 56 % 2. The social and employment performance indicator on the social dimension for severely disabled people, people with intellectual disabilities, people with conjugated disabilities — min 46 % 3. Employment and social employment performance indicator for people or environments at risk of poverty or social exclusion at least 22 % 4. The employment/employment efficiency ratio on employment for severely disabled persons, people with intellectual disabilities, people with conjugated disabilities — at least 12 % of the DOCELOWA GROUP: The persons or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion resident in the district of Mazowieckie and the zambrowski (according to the GD persons included in the Staff Regulations of 31 March 2016, p. 24-25) Primary UP will be 50 people aged 15 and over (23 women and 27 men) owned by GD, including 50 % of those aged 15-30. The project will also involve at least 10 persons belonging to the RUP environment (only to the extent that this is necessary to effectively support people at risk of poverty or social exclusion).
