Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (14K,6M) z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z Zespołu Szkół im. E.Biedrawiny Sukertowej w Malinowie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia kursów zawodowych i szkoleń interpersonalnych oraz odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie II.2017-IX.2017. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: współpracę z pracodawcami,Kursy zawodowe(kurs baristyczny,Carving,kuchnie świata, zarządzanie recepcją, prawo jazdy kat.B), szkolenia umiejętności pracowniczych(autoprezentacja, trening asertywności, radzenie sobie ze stresem). Zdobyta wiedza zostanie zastosowana w praktyce w ramach stażu u pracodawców. Projekt jest skierowany do 20uczniów/nic z ZS w Malinowie z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawców. The aim of the project is to acquire 20 pupils/nothing (14K, 6M) from the profession of tourist accommodation and catering services from the section of the Regional School of Malinov by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completing vocational and interpersonal training courses and undertaking traineeships with employers in the period II.2017-IX.2017. The objective will be achieved through the following activities/tasks: working with employers, professional courses (barist course, Carliving course, world kitchen, reception management, category B driving licence), training for workers’ skills (self-presentation, coaching, stress management). The knowledge gained will be applied in practice to traineeships with employers. The project is aimed at the 20 pupils/none from the ZS of Malinov for the tourist accommodation and the catering services. The implementation of the project is expected to increase the employability of project participants through the acquisition and validation of skills and practical skills and their application to the employers’ practice.
