POWIAT PRZASNYSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PRZASNYSZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie przasnyskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie (zgodnie z metodologią pomiaru zawartą w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020) i zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the rural district.The project will mainly result in employment of 17 % of disabled people, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those who are not eligible for any of these target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology set out in the Guidance on implementation of ESF measures in the labour market 2014-2020) and registered in the PLO.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
