Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29. roku życia pozostających bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie skierniewickim i mieście Skierniewice. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Skierniewicach realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the district of Skierniewice and the town of Skierniewice.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO in Skierniewice will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
