Celem wydatkowania środków w ramach Działania 11.2 jest wzmocnienie potencjału administracyjnego jednostek uczestniczących we wdrażaniu RPOWŚ 2014-2020. W ramach Działania 11.2 realizowane będą wydatki związane z zatrudnieniem personelu zaangażowanego we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020, podnoszeniem kwalifikacji, wdrażaniem systemu motywacji pracowników oraz koszty delegacji i podróży służbowych pracowników. Ponadto przewidziane jest wsparcie procesu wyboru projektów np. wynagrodzenia ekspertów zewnętrznych. Działanie 11.2 obejmować również będzie koszty organizacyjne oraz administracyjne, zakupy sprzętu i wyposażenia na potrzeby pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020. (Polish)

Under Measure 11.2, expenditure will be implemented for the recruitment of staff involved in the implementation of the 2014-2020 RDP, the improvement of qualifications, the implementation of staff motivation and mission and mission expenses of staff members. In addition, support for the selection of projects, such as the remuneration of external experts, is foreseen. Action 11.2 will also cover organisational and administrative costs, purchases of equipment and equipment for staff involved in the implementation of the 2014-2020 ROP. (English)
