Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej 100 osób bezrobotnych K48/M52 z terenu p. kieleckiego wchodzących w Kielecki Obszar Funkcjonalny w 03.2017-12.2018 roku do osób pow. 29 r. ż. poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie w określeniu ścieżki. Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia. Realizacja wskaźników rezultatu i produktu: Liczba os. bezrob. (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. długotrwale bezrob. objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. biernych zawo objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. z niepełnosp. objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. po 50 objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. o niskich kwalifik. objętych wsparciem w prog. Projekt kompleksowo odpowie na potrzeby grupy docelowej poprzez realizację zadań: Pośrednictwo pracy z doradztwem zawodowym + IPD , Szkolenia zawodowe dopasowane do uczestników i lokalnej gospodarki i staże zawodowe - zgodne z kwalifikacjami nabytymi podczas szkolenia - dla 50 uczestników projektu. Projekt w szczególności będzie skierowany do kobiet, osób po 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrob., osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami bez doświadczenia zawodowego. Wartość projektu: 1704197,28 wkład 104000,00 zł. Projekt zgodny z SZOOP RPO 2014-2020. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the level of employment of 100 unemployed K48/M52 from the Kielce District of Kielce, the Functional Area for 03.2017-12.2018. 29, with comprehensive support to define the path. Increasing labour market participation and employment among vulnerable people in the labour market that are looking for employment. Output and product indicators: No of osb. (including long-term unemployed) supported by ferry. Number of long-term helpless supported in Prog. Number of passive gears covered by support in prop. Number of people with disabilities supported in ferry. Number of os. after 50 supported in the prop. The number of low qualified persons supported in the prop. The project comprehensively responds to the needs of the target group by carrying out the following tasks: Coaching work with career advice + IPDs, vocational training adapted to participants and local economy and professional experience — in line with qualifications acquired in the course of training — for the 50 participants in the project. The project will be aimed in particular at women, people after the age of 50, on a long-term permanent basis, with low qualifications without professional experience. Value of project: 1704197,28 PLN 104000,00 contribution. Project in line with the SZOOP ROP 2014-2020. (English)
