Głównym celem projektu jest modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego w Gminie Ożarów, która wpłynie na ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Projekt zakłada: modernizację 1412 szt. lamp w tym: 1. demontaż starych opraw i wysięgników, 2. montaż nowych opraw na nowych wysięgnikach, 3. montaż zabezpieczeń, gniazd bezpiecznikowych, tabliczek bezpiecznikowych, słupowych, 4. wymiana przewodów wysięgnikowych od zabezpieczeń do oprawy, 6. wymiana przewodów słupowych od zabezpieczeń do oprawy. W celu uzyskania parametrów zgodnych z normą oświetleniową PN-EN 13201 zostanie również dobudowanych 677 opraw oświetleniowych na wolnych stanowiskach słupowych. Projekt przyczyni się do: 1. Ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery (zmniejszenie emisji m.in. pyłów PM10, PM2,5, CO2). 2. Ograniczenie zużycia energii elektrycznej. 3. Zmniejszone koszty związane z utrzymaniem oświetlenia ulicznego. 4. Poprawa bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym. WSKAŹNIKI: 1. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI 34) – 490,66 2. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - 589,55 3. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł oświetlenia gminnego - 2089 Projekt jest zgodny z Aktualizacją Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Miasta i Gminy Ożarów przyjętą Uchwałą NR XXVII/207/2016 RADY MIEJSKIEJ W OŻAROWIE z dnia 28 grudnia 2016 r. Wnioskodawca po zakończeniu realizacji inwestycji w okresie 12 miesięcy przeprowadzi audyt ex-post badający osiągnięte rezultaty projektu. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla Osi 3 EFEKTYWNA I ZIELONA ENERGIA działanie 3.4 Strategia niskoemisyjna, wsparcie zrównoważonej multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej Cel szczegółowy: Ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Całkowite koszty projektu wynoszą 4 006 123,02 zł w tym koszty kwalifikowane 4 000 000,00 zł, niekwalifikowalne 6 123,02 zł, dof. 3 400 000,00 zł (Polish)

The main goal of the project is to modernise street lighting in the municipality of Ożarów, which will affect the reduced emissions of particulate matter and atmospheric pollutants. The project will: modernisation of 1412 lamps including: 1. dismantling old fixtures and jibs, 2. installation of new frameworks for new jibs, 3. installation of safety devices, fuses, placards, 4. replacement of jib cables from the holder, 6. replacement of ducts from the holder to the holder. There will also be 677 luminaires for vacant posts in order to obtain the parameters that conform to the lighting standard PN-EN 13201. The project will contribute to: 1. Reduction of atmospheric emissions (reduction of emissions of, inter alia, PM10, PM2,5, CO2 emissions). 2. Reduce electricity consumption. 3. Reduced costs related to the maintenance of street lighting. 4. Improving road safety. INDICATORS: 1. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) — 490,66 2. Quantity of electricity saved — 589,55 3. The number of new sources of municipal lighting — 2089 The project is in line with the Update of the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the City and Municipality of Ożarów, adopted by Resolution No XXVII/207/2016 OF THE URBAN COUNCIL, of 28 December 2016. the applicant will carry out an ex-post audit of the achieved project results after the completion of the investment in a period of 12 months. The objectives of the project and the activities to be carried out therein shall be in accordance with the specific objectives for Action 3.4, the Sustainable Urban Mobility Strategy, and the support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility.
