Przedmiotowy projekt stanowi część większego przedsięwzięcia ujętego w kracie projektu Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji, jakim jest Przebudowa i remont pełnowymiarowego boiska sportowego trawiastego do piłki nożnej, budowa boiska wielofunkcyjnego, obiektów małej architektury, parkingów i oświetlenia wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą przy budynku sportu w Rzezawie przy ul. Wiśniowej. Przedsięwzięcie to ma na celu zagospodarowanie i uporządkowanie istniejącego terenu rekreacyjnosportowego jako odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby.Ww przedsięwzięcie ujęte jest na liście podstawowych projektów Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji. Dzięki możliwości stosowania różnych źródeł dofinansowania przebudowa boiska trawiastego oraz budowa boiska wielofunkcyjnego realizowana jest z dotacji celowych MSiT, a więc zakres nie objęty przedmiotowym wnioskiem, ale wchodzący w skład całego przedsięwzięcia. W ramach niniejszego wniosku planuje się:1 Przebudowę utwardzonego terenu na budowę kortu do tenisa ziemnego;Kort do tenisa. Nawierzchnia poliuretanowa. Płyta całego kortu zaprojektowano o wymiarach 18,29x36,57m. Planuje się wykonanie odwodnienia, oraz dostawę i montaż wyposażenia.2 Przebudowę boiska treningowego na kompleks skateparku; Skate park powierzchnia utwardzona 1016,40m2, szerokość 11 m x 92,40m długość. Powierzchnia betonowa na którym usytuowanych będzie 5 elemntów 4 modułowe i 1 wylewany.Dodatkowo zaplanowano prace niezbędne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania obiektu, w szczególności: wykonanie chodników umożliwiających swobodne dojście i korzystanie z powstałych obiektów oraz oświetlenie 8 lamp hybrydowych zlokalizowanych przy ciągach pieszospacerowych oraz 1 lampa sieciowa zlokalizowana przy korcie tenisowym. Inwestycja jest przygotowana do realizacji a Wnioskodawca posiada zezwolenie na jej realizację.Projekt przedstawia optymalną relację jakości do ceny. This project is part of a larger project included in the layout of the project of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme, which is the reconstruction and renovation of a full-size grass sports field for football, construction of a multifunctional field, buildings of small architecture, parking and lighting along with the accompanying infrastructure at the sports building in Rzezawo at ul. It’s cherry. The aim of this project is to develop and organise the existing recreational sports area as a response to the diagnosed needs.The project is included in the list of basic projects of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme. Thanks to the possibility of using various sources of co-financing, the reconstruction of the grass field and the construction of a multifunctional field are carried out by the MSiT special grants, i.e. the scope not covered by the application, but forming part of the entire project. As part of this proposal, it is planned to:1 Reconstruction of the paved area for the construction of a tennis court; Tennis court. Polyurethane surface. The board of the whole court is designed with dimensions of 18.29x36.57 m. Dehydration is planned, as well as the supply and installation of equipment.2 Reconstruction of the training field into the skatepark complex; Skate park paved surface 1 016.40 m², width 11 m x 92.40 m length. The concrete area on which will be located 5 elements 4 modular and 1 poured.In addition, the works necessary for the proper functioning of the facility are planned, in particular: making pavements allowing free access to and use of the resulting objects and lighting of 8 hybrid lamps located at walking tracks and 1 network lamp located at the tennis court. The investment is prepared for implementation and the Applicant is authorised to implement it.The project presents the optimal value for money. The adopted solutions respond to the needs and problems diagnosed in part (English)
