Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja i wdrożenie inwestycji technologicznej, polegającej na wdrożeniu nowej technologii oraz uruchomienie na jej podstawie produkcji udoskonalonej gamy produktów w stosunku do istniejących rozwiązań na terenie RP - okien PCV w systemie easy&ergo. Wpłynie to znacząco na podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności firmy Tradycja Fabryka Okien, zwiększenie wielkości sprzedaży oraz zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku okniarskim. Technologia będąca przedmiotem projektu jest wynikiem prac badawczo-rozwojowych przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę. Ponadto technologia będzie działać w układzie ciągu technologicznego zgłoszonego do uzyskania patentu w Urzędzie Patentowym RP. Autorem rozwiązania zgłoszonego do patentu jest firma Tradycja Fabryka Okien. Aby wdrożyć nową technologię, stanowiącą wynik prac B+R, niezbędny jest zakup środków trwałych, które wraz z już posiadanymi przez Wnioskodawcę maszynami stworzą dedykowane gniazdo technologiczne. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu wdroży oraz uruchomi własną technologię – proces produkcji okien PCV w systemie easy&ergo. Będą to okna o zindywidualizowanej okleinie oraz powłoce acrylkolor w oparciu o autorskie rozwiązania techniczne dostosowane do wymagań osób niepełnosprawnych. Opracowana koncepcja projektu będzie służyć przede wszystkim do wdrożenia na rynek udoskonalonej gamy produktów - okna PCV w systemie easy&ergo o właściwościach niedostępnych jak dotąd na rynku okniarskim. Planowanymi rezultatami wdrożenia projektu będą: - wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, - wprowadzenie na rynek międzynarodowy nowej gamy produktowej w postaci okna PCV w systemie easy&ergo, - wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży, - wzrost zatrudnienia - stworzenie 3 nowych miejsc pracy, - wdrożenie rozwiązań proekologicznych. The main objective of the project is to implement and implement the technological investment, consisting of the implementation of the new technology and the production of an improved product range for it, compared to the existing solutions in Poland, the PVC windows in the easa & era.This will significantly increase the level of innovation of your company, increase sales volumes and increase the competitiveness of the company in the window market.The technology which is the subject of the project is the result of the research and development carried out by the Applicant.In addition, the technology will operate in a technological sequence for obtaining a patent at the Polish Patent Office.The dissolution of the patent application is based on the name of the company’s traditional name.In order to implement a new technology which is a result of the R & D work, it is necessary to purchase fixed assets which, together with the machines already available to the applicant, create a dedicated technical slot.The applicant will, in the framework of the project, implement and deploy its own technology for the production of PVC windows in the eava & ergo system.These windows will be a personalised window window and a backcolour coating on the basis of a technical solution adapted to the requirements of persons with disabilities.The project concept will be designed primarily to implement the improved product range, the PVC window (PCV) in the eava system, with the characteristics that are not available on the market.The project implementation results will:Implementation of R & D results, the introduction of a new range of products on the international market in the form of PVC window in easa & era, — increase in income from sales — increase in employment — creation of 3 new jobs, — implementation of green solutions.
