Projekt je zaměřen na zpracování odpadního dřeva z těžby dřeva a dalších činností v oblasti lesnictví či údržby vegetace, zpracování biomasy na sběrných dvorech nebo jiného zpracování dřeva v oblastech Plzeňského kraje. Odpady budou zpracovávány především v místě vzniku lesní těžby, při údržbě okolí komunikací, při údržbě parků a velkých zahrad a na sběrných dvorech obcí, proto je pořizováno mobilní zařízení.
