Nominovaní zástupci škol předškolního a školního vzdělávání ze vzniklého funkčního partnerství budou společně na plánovaných setkáních vytvářet místní akční plán, který je součástí tzv. akce KLIMA a je primárně zaměřen na rozvoj kvalitního a inkluzivního vzdělávání dětí a žáků do 15-ti let. Stanovené priority ve vzdělávání budou realizovány v další fázi MAP+ a budou reagovat na skutečné potřeby všech zúčastněných stran a jejich podněty. (Czech)
