Cílem projektu je posílit kapacitu a profesionalizaci Národní rady osob se zdravotním postižením ČR a to prostřednictvím vytvoření systému strategického rozvoje, fundraisingu, vytvoření plánu lidských zdrojů, marketingového plánu a rozvoje služeb. V rámci projektu se budeme věnovat především rozvoji pracovníků prostřednictvím vzdělávání ať již v manažerských dovednostech tak odborných znalostech. V rámci projektu bude pilotně ověřena PR kampaň. (Czech)

The project aims at strengthening the capacity and professionalisation of the National Council of People with Disabilities in the Czech Republic, through the establishment of a system of strategic development, fundraising, the establishment of a human resources plan, a marketing plan and the development of services. In particular, the project will focus on the development of workers through education, whether in managerial skills and in terms of expertise. The project will be piloted with a pilot project.
