Projekt je zaměřen na podporu bezbariérovosti v komunikaci neslyšících s pracovníky veřejné správy, služeb a v nemocnicích ve Středočeském, Plzeňském, Libereckém, Ústeckém, Královéhradeckém, Pardubickém, Jihomoravském a Moravskoslezském kraji. Prostřednictvím aplikace Tichá linka, která umožňuje využití online tlumočení a online přepisu, mohou vzájemně komunikovat pracovníci úřadů a nemocnic v uvedených krajích společně s neslyšícími.
