    V rámci projektu dojde ke zkvalitnění bydlení a zachování kapacity Chráněného bydlení sv. Michaela poskytovaného v budově na ul. Žabovřeská 69/6 v Brně, a to prostřednictvím celkové rekonstrukce budovy, vybudováním nástavby 3NP a bezbariérového výtahu. Technický stav budovy a její vnitřní dispozice, kde je služba nyní poskytována, je nevyhovující ve vztahu k potřebám klientů, k plánované legislativě i k neustále se zvyšujícím výdajům na opravy a údržbu budovy. a.
