Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců místních akčních skupin (MAS), specifických NNO zaměřených na rozvoj venkova se zapojením partnerů z veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Program umožní MAS obstát v proměnách programového a legislativního prostředí a fungovat jako profesionální a stabilní veřejně prospěšné rozvojové agentury. Do vzdělávacích aktivit bude během 36 měsíců do 32 kurzů zapojeno 200 zaměstnanců ze 167 členských organizací Národní sítě MAS ČR. (Czech)
