Projektový záměr řeší regeneraci bytového domu v ul. Bartákova 844/13, Rýmařov. Cílem předkládaného projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a snížení konečné spotřeby energie domácností prostřednictvím energeticky vědomé úpravy objektu. Stavební úpravy spočívají zejména v zateplení obvodových konstrukcí. Tato opatření přispějí k ochraně životního prostředí a povedou k podpoře sociálně slabých obyvatel domu, prostřednictvím snížení jejich výdajů za domácnost. (Czech)

The aim of the present project is to reduce the energy performance of the building stock and to reduce final energy consumption of households through a conscious consumption adjustment of the building. The construction work shall consist, in particular, of insulation of the peripheral structure. These measures will contribute to the protection of the environment and will lead to the promotion of the socially vulnerable people of the building by reducing their household expenses. (English)
