(Czech)

The project aims at assessing the energy recovery technology of the digestate from the production of biogas. In the production of biogas by anaerobic digestion of organic matter, organic matter is produced as one of the by-products of the ‘digestate’ — an unsolubilised residue, containing inorganic ingredients and hard to degradable debris. Digestate is currently applied as fertiliser to soil application. However, such use is problematic, but the digestate contains a high proportion of combustible substances and could be used to obtain energy. (English)
