Projekt OHKMB se zaměřuje na problematiku podpory rovnosti žen a mužů na trhu práce v Mladé Boleslavi a okolí. Realizací cíleně navržených aktivit pro ženy ohrožené na trhu práce a ženy vracející se na trh práce (TP) po rodičovské/mateřské dovolené by měly vzrůst šance na odpovídající pracovní uplatnění těchto žen na TP. Zároveň projekt cílí na diagnostiku těchto osob, vyhledání jejich předpokladů a rozvoj těchto silných stránek, jakož i podporu sladění soukromého a pracovního života. (Czech)
