Projekt reaguje na analýzu CS a hlavních problémů TP v regionu Žluticka, především samostatných obcí, které patří k místům s nejvyšší nezaměstnaností CS. Základem projektu je vytvoření CENTRA PRACOVNÍCH PŘÍLEŽITOSTÍ pro ženy ohrožené na trhu práce (55+ a ženy s dětmi do 15 let), které bude poskytovat komplexní podporu CS včetně efektivní spolupráce se zaměstnavateli.
