Hlavním cílem projektu je v kontextu aktivního foresightu a internacionalizace stimulovat, koordinovat zapojovat členskou základnu a další subjekty do projektů výzkumu a vývoje, přičemž důraz je v této souvislosti kladen na propojování schopností a potřeb firemní a výzkumné sféry reflektující strategické potřeby a zájmy infrastrukturních společností a státní správy.
