Przedm. proj. jest: wymiana 40 szt. dotychczasowych źródeł ogrzewania kotłów węgl. w jednorodzinnych gosp. domowych zlokalizowanych na terenie gm. KZ, na kotły cd. Q.1. 51,15 red. redukcji em. emisji CO2 w odniesieniu do proj., em. CO2 w t. równoważnika CO2r. 369,9072 przed, 180,7104 po. 2. 99,95 red. em. pyłu PM10 i 99,88 red. em. pyłu PM2,5, em. pyłu PM10 1,351584 Mgr. przed, 0,00069504 Mgr. po i PM2,5 0,569088 Mgr. przed, 0,00069504 Mgr. po. 3. Brak sieci ciepłow. na terenie gm. W najbliższym czasie tj. do r. 2023 nie planuje się jej budowy. 4. Zostanie przepr. edu. ekol. wśród lok. społ. odnośnie zan. zanieczyszczeń pow. i przeciwdziałania tym zan., oszczędności zasobów naturalnych, obniżenia niskiej em., poprawy efekt. energ. oraz przedstawiona zostanie prezentacja wyników badań jako element informacyjny i uświadamiający problem. Działania edu. i promocyjne kierowane będą do całej społ. lok. mieszk. gm. Przeprowadzony zostanie konkurs obejmujący ww tematykę. 5. Wnioskodawca nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego. 6. Proj. jest realizowany na terenie gm. zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urz. grzew. i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym POP. 7. Proj. został wskazany w PGN Gm. Kalwaria Zebrzyd. do 2020 r., dla danego obszaru, który został zaopiniowany i uzyskał potwierdz. z WFOŚiGW w Krakowie. W PGN została zidentyfikowana sytuacja problemowa na terenie gm., w tym: wysokie zan., węgiel i miał jest głównym paliwem, brak systemu ciepłowniczego, ryzyko dla zdrowia ludzi, zagrożenie dla środow. Proj. obejmuje działania naprawcze, takie jak: wymiana niskosprawnych kotłów węgl. na kotły gazowe, dostosowanie wew. inst. do zmodern. systemu ogrzewania, edu. ekol. mieszk. proj. został uwzględniony w tab. na str. 7778, poz. 11 rozdz. 9, pkt 9.2, ppkt 9.2.1. 8. Proj. nie jest realizowany na terenie miejscowości uzdrowiskowej (Polish)

The lack of heating networks in the building. In the near future, i.e. until 2023, it is not planned to be built. 4. There will be a transfer of edu. ekol. among the social locations regarding the pollution of the area and counteracting it, saving natural resources, reducing low em., improving the effect of energy, and presenting the results of the research as an informative and awareness-raising element of the problem. Edu. and promotional activities will be directed to the whole community. 5. The applicant does not plan to prepare a cover programme. 6. The project is implemented in the area classified as areas where it is necessary to take corrective actions consisting of the elimination of old low-efficiency heating units and specified in the applicable POP. 7. Project was indicated in PGN Kalwaria Zebrzyd. until 2020, for a given area, which was reviewed and received confirmation from WFOŚiGW in Krakow. The PGN has identified a problem situation in the building, including: high, coal and had is the main fuel, the lack of district heating, the risk to human health, the threat to Wednesdays. The project includes corrective actions such as: the replacement of low-efficiency coal boilers for gas boilers, adaptation of the above-mentioned inst. to the modern heating system, edu. ekol. 7778, pos.
