Beneficjentem projektu jest Jednostka Samorządu Terytorialnego – Gmina Bolimów Celem głównym projektu jest: zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i zmniejszenie wykorzystania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii w gminie Bolimów, prowadzące do poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego w wyniku redukcji emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery. Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie instalacji OZE dla budynków mieszkalnych i użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w gminie Bolimów Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: a) Instalacja fotowoltaiczna PV – 134 szt. na budynkach mieszkalnych o mocy od 1,48 kWp do 14,80 kWp oraz 5 szt. na budynkach użyteczności publicznej o mocy od 4,81 kWp do 49,95 kWp. b) Kotły na biomasę – 10 szt. o mocy 15 kw do 25 kW c) Kolektory słoneczne – 25 szt. o mocy od 2,9 kW do 7,25 kW d) Pompy ciepła – 9 szt. o mocy od 12 kW do 25 kW W wyniku realizacji niniejszego projektu spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych nastąpi na poziomie 80,62% czyli 687,05 tony równoważnika CO2/rok. Użytkownikami projektu będą użytkownicy obiektów. Korzyści wynikające z osiągnięcia celów projektu wykraczać będą poza jej granice. Z efektów projektu skorzystają wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy Bolimów. Realizacja niniejszego projektu w pełni koresponduje z zasadą uniwersalnego projektowania, opartego na siedmiu zasadach. Wnioskodawca, jako JST spełnia wymogi kwalifikowalności wynikające z RPO WŁ na lata 2014 – 2020. Przedsięwzięcie jest wykonalne pod względem technicznym; technologie wykonania robót, zastosowane materiały będą ogólnie dostępne i znane, a rozwiązania techniczne będą prawidłowe pod względem funkcjonalnym oraz zgodne z obowiązującymi normami prawnymi. The beneficiary of the project is the Local Government Unit — Municipality of Bolimów The main objective of the project is: increasing the production of energy from renewable sources and reducing the use of conventional energy sources in the municipality of Bolimów, leading to an improvement in the state of the environment as a result of the reduction of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The subject of the project is the implementation of RES installations for residential and public buildings located in the municipality of Bolimów The material scope of the project includes: a) PV photovoltaic installation — 134 pcs. on residential buildings with a power from 1.48 kWp to 14.80 kWp and 5 pcs on public buildings with a power from 4.81 kWp to 49.95 kWp. b) biomass boilers — 10 units with a power of 15 kW to 25 kW c) Solar collectors — 25 with a power from 2.9 kW to 7.25 kW d) Heat pumps — 9 pcs. with a power from 12 kW to 25 kW. Users of the project will be object users. The benefits of achieving the project’s objectives will go beyond its limits. The effects of the project will benefit all residents of the municipality of Bolimów. The implementation of this project fully corresponds to the principle of universal design, based on seven principles. The applicant, as a JU, meets the eligibility requirements resulting from the ROP WŁ for the years 2014-2020. The project is technically feasible; the technologies of execution of works, the materials used will be generally available and known, and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and in accordance with applicable legal standards.
