Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pińczowskim . Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Pińczowie .W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia . W ramach projektu przedstawiona zostanie każdemu z uczestników konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności , predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika . Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy , o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy . (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Pińczów district. The main result of the project will be the recruitment of 105 people registered with the Poviat Labour Office in Pińczów.The project will support people under the age of 30. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will implement properly selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.
