POWIAT WŁOSZCZOWSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY WE WŁOSZCZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włoszczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 85 osób (56K, 29M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy we Włoszczowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych co najmniej 60% osób kwalifikujących się do grupy NEET, wynika to z konieczności zapewnienia osiągnięcia określonych celów w programie oraz objęcia wsparciem grup znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Powiatowy Urząd Pracy na tej podstawie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 who are unemployed in the Włoszczów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 85 people (56K, 29M) registered in the District Labour Office in Włoszczów. The project will support at least 60 % of those eligible for the NEET group, as a result of the need to ensure the achievement of specific objectives in the programme and to support vulnerable groups on the labour market. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.
