The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed people over the age of 30 registered with the District Labour Office in Kętrzyn, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: older people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people up to ISCED level 3. The project will support 484 people. The project provides for the following forms of support: training for 90 participants, traineeships for 73 participants, one-off business start-up funds for 86 participants, intervention work for 149 participants and 86 participants equipment or retrofitting of a workplace. The project assumes the level of employment efficiency for unemployed people aged 30 and over, who additionally belong to the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications up to ISCED level 3, immigrants, remigrants, at least 44.3 %. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2022. (English) | |||

POWIAT KĘTRZYŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KĘTRZYNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie, które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach do poziomu ISCED 3. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 484 osoby. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: szkolenia dla 90 uczestników, staże dla 73 uczestników, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 86 uczestników, prace interwencyjne dla 149 uczestników oraz dla 86 uczestników wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy. Projekt zakłada poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, imigranci, reemigranci, na poziomie co najmniej 44,3%. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.01.2021 do 31.12.2022 r. (Polish)
