Celem projektu jest zwiększenie jakości kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Budowlano-Technicznych im. dr. Stefana Kopcińskiego w Łodzi (ZS/BT), w terminie od 01.11.2022 r. do 30.04.2023 r., realizowane we współpracy z otoczeniem społ.-gospodarczym, ukierunkowane na dostosowanie kierunków kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego w ZS/BT do regionalnego rynku pracy, poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia 56 uczniów (7K/49M) placówki, poprzez podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji 9n-li (6K/3M) kształcenia zawodowego, adaptację i doposażenie pracowni szkolnych oraz poprzez organizację dla uczniów: staży, dodatkowych szkoleń/zajęć podnoszących kompetencje/kwalifikacje zawodowe (kurs koparko- ładowarki, wózków widłowych, wykonywanie ścian i sufitów w warunkach suchej zabudowy) oraz zajęć podnoszących kompetencje kluczowe i umiejętności uniwersalne (wyrównawczych z matematyki i jęz. angielskiego). Grupę docelową pr.stanowią ZS/BT w Łodzi(w ramach którego funkcjonuje Technikum i Szkoła Branżowa I stopnia)jego 56 uczniów (7K/49M) i 9 n-li kształcenia zawodowego(6K/3M). Wskaźniki, m.in.: *Liczba n-li kształcenia zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu:9(6K/3M); *Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy:20(3K/17M); *Liczba uczniów,którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejętności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu:30(5K/25M); W pr.zaplanowano realizację 6 zadań: specjalistycznych,kursów,szkoleń rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe, umiejętności uniwersalne, kompetencje/kwalifikacje zawodowe uczniów;organizację staży;doskonalenie kompetencji n-li; adaptacje i doposażenie pracowni szkolnych. The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational training at the Dr. Stefan Kopciński Building and Technical School Complex in Łódź (ZS/BT), from 01.11.2022 to 30.04.2023, implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at adapting vocational education and training courses in the ZS/BT to the regional labour market, improving the employability of 56 pupils (7K/49M) of the institution, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 9n-li (6K/3M) vocational training, adapting and retrofitting school studios and by organising for students: internships, additional training/training/professional qualifications (excavator-loader course, forklifts, drywalls and ceilings) and classes improving key competences and universal skills (comparative mathematics and English). The target group consists of the ZS/BT in Łódź (within which the Technikum and the 1st degree Industry School) with 56 students (7K/49M) and 9 n-le of vocational training (6K/3M). Indicators, including: *Number of vocational training and practical apprenticeship instructors who have obtained a qualification or acquired competence after leaving the programme:9(6K/3M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in traineeships and traineeships at the employer: 20(3K/17M); *Number of students who have acquired key competences or universal skills after leaving the programme.30(5K/25M); Six tasks are planned to be carried out: specialist courses, courses developing key competences, universal skills, competences/vocational qualifications of pupils; organisation of internships; improvement of n-li competences; adaptation and retrofitting of school studios.
