Proj.posłuży aktywiz.społ.-zawod.6 os.(50%K/50%M)w wieku aktywn.zawod.(18-64r.ż.),zamieszkujacych w woj.łódzk.zgodnie z przepisami KC,zagrożonych ubóstwem/wyklucz.społ.z przyczyny niepełnosprawn.,w tym zwł.niepełnospr.z powodu choroby psych.(100% uczestn.niepełnospr).Proj.skierowany jest zwł.do os.z niskimi kwalifikac.,z uwagi na to,że takie kwalifik.przeważają wśród ON w woj.łódzk.i z umiark.i znaczn.stopn.niepełnospr.,gdyż te os.najrzadziej znajdują zatrudn.i kwalifikują się do zatrudnienia w ZAZ.Proces przywrac.zdoln.do zatrudn.uczestn.proj.odbędzie się w oparciu o zindywidualiz.ścieżkę reintegr.w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Rehabilitacji,opracowanego przez psychologa,wraz z uczestn.u progu jego udz.w proj.,z uwzgl.diagnozy syt.problemowej,zasobów,potencjału,predyspozycji,potrzeb.Program oferowany w proj.zawiera elementy reintegracji społ.i aktywnej integracji(każdy uczestnik weźmie udział w szkoleniach dot.kompet.cyfr.,szkol.zawodowych,warsztatach dot.nabywania/treningu kompet.społ.służ.m.in.zdoln.do wytycz.i osiąg.celów),oraz reintegr.zawod.z wykorzyst.instrum.RP służących zdobyciu doświadcz.zawod.wymaganego przez pracodaw.:tj.nabywanie doświadcz.zawod.i praktycz.umiejętn.zawodow.poprzez zatrudnienie w ZAZ,realizow.pod kierown.instruktorów.W proj.oferowane będą stan.pracy głw.w zawod.deficytowych dla powiatów:miejski Łódzki(wg Monitoring zawodów deficytowych i nadwyżkowych,WUP Łódź),na stan.łączących kilka profesji,co dodatk.pomoże w przywróc.zdoln.do zatrudn.dla uczestn.poprzez poszerzenie ich kompet.zawod.Uczestn.,kt.nie podejmą zatrudn.po zakończ.udz.w proj.obowiązkowo zarejestr.się w PUP. The project will be used by activiz.poł.-professional(50 %K/50 %M)at the age of active profession(18-64r.j.), residing in the province of Lodz. in accordance with the regulations of the Central Committee, at risk of poverty/exclusion. due to the fact that such a qualification prevails among the SA in the province of Lodz.i. from moderation and significant degree of disability, because these people are the least likely to be employed and are eligible for employment in ZAZ.The process of returning.zdoln.for employed.proj. will take place on the basis of an individual.reintegr.track in the form of an Individual Rehabilitation Plan, developed by a psychologist, along with participation on the threshold of his/her tasks, taking into account the diagnosis of problematic system, resources, potential, predisposition, needs.The program offered in the project contains elements of social reintegration and active integration (each participant will take part in trainings about do.kompet.dig.,professional school,workshops for acquiring/training compet.społ.społ.service.in.zdoln.to set goals), and reintegr.zawod.us using.instrum.RP to gain experience.professional.required by the employer.:i.e. acquisition of experience.professionals and practitioners through employment in ZAZ,realizow.under the management of instructors.In the project will be offered the state of work of the main professions.deficit for powiatów:miejski Lodz (according to Monitoring of deficit and surplus occupations,WUP Łódź), the status.combining several professions,which will help to restore.zdoln.to employment.for participation by expanding their competence.professional.Participation.kt.will not take employment after finishing.udz.in a mandatory registration.
