The project was implemented in the period 31.05.2021-31.12.2022 by OPS SUPPORT sp. z o.o. in partnership with the social economy entity — Association for assistance to disabled people “SIEDLISKO”. The project implements the following types of project.: 1) Development of care services for dependent persons including, among others, the following forms of support: care services, including assistance in meeting daily life needs, hygienic care, care prescribed by the doctor and, where possible, the provision of contact with the environment, provided by actual caregivers or in the form of: neighbourhood care services, residential care services, specialised care services at the place of residence or day-to-day forms of care services and and type e) assistance services provided to persons with disabilities,. g) improving the competences and qualifications of staff of services providing services in the local community. In addition, the project will provide free health services, going beyond guaranteed healthcare services provided by qualified staff directly in the homes of dependent persons — rehabilitation services. This project is aimed at people or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, the environment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and the real carers of those persons living in the territory of the Polish Voivodeship, in particular the revitalised area of the City of Opole. Support will be provided to 14 patients (9K and 5M) and 12 staff providing services in the local community — 12 women. This project will ensure the provision of care and assistance services to dependent persons, health services and training support for staff providing social services. (English)

    Projekt realizowany w okresie 31.05.2021-31.12.2022 przez OPS SUPPORT sp. z o.o. w partnerstwie z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej - Stowarzyszeniem na rzecz pomocy osobom niepełnosprawnym "SIEDLISKO". Projekt realizuje następujące typy projektu.: 1) Rozwój usług opiekuńczych nad osobami niesamodzielnymi obejmujący m.in. następujące formy wsparcia: a) usługi opiekuńcze, obejmujące pomoc w zaspokajaniu codziennych potrzeb życiowych, opiekę higieniczną, zaleconą przez lekarza pielęgnację oraz, w miarę możliwości, zapewnienie kontaktów z otoczeniem, świadczone przez opiekunów faktycznych lub w postaci: sąsiedzkich usług opiekuńczych, usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania, specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania lub dziennych form usług opiekuńczych oraz oraz typ e) usługi asystenckie świadczone na rzecz osób z niepełnosprawnościami,. g) podnoszenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji personelu służb świadczących usługi w społeczności lokalnej. Dodatkowo w projekcie świadczone będą nieodpłatne usługi zdrowotne, wykraczające poza gwarantowane świadczenia opieki zdrowotnej świadczone przez wykwalifikowany personel bezpośrednio w domach osób niesamodzielnych- usługi rehabilitacyjne. Niniejszy projekt skierowany jest do osób lub rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, otoczenia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz opiekunów faktycznych tych osób, zamieszkujących teren woj.opolskiego, w szczególności teren rewitalizowany Miasta Opola. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 14 pacjentów(9K i 5M) oraz 12 osób personelu świadczącego usługi w społeczności lokalnej - 12 kobiet. W ramach niniejszego projektu zostanie zapewnione świadczenie usług opiekuńczych i asystenckich dla osób niesamodzielnych, usługi zdrowotne i wsparcie szkoleniowe dla personelu świadczącego usługi społeczne.
