The project concerns the financing of personnel costs of KZGW as a beneficiary of the OPPT implementing cohesion policy through the implementation of the provisions of EU directives in the years 2015-2021. The implementation of the project was started in 2015. The HRR is responsible for the implementation of the provisions of the EU Water Management Directives, i.e. The Water Framework Directive, the Flood Directive, the Framework Directive on The Maritime Strategy, including through the development of appropriate planning documents. These obligations were also imposed on PG Wody Polskie in the Water Law Act of 20 July 2017 (among the planning documents indicated in the directives are the following studies: river basin management plans, preliminary flood risk assessment, flood hazard maps and flood risk maps, flood risk management plans for water regions and river basin districts, a plan to counter the effects of drought and updates. The above studies are co-financed by EU funds, and therefore it is advisable to provide adequate support for their implementation. The costs of salaries and salaries derived from the salaries of PGW WP KZGW employees incurred in 2021 will be financed. The eligibility of posts will be determined on the basis of the scope of activities/duties. Updated ranges of activities/duties and other documents confirming eligibility will be forwarded to the MA POPT, with payment requests for individual quarters. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy finansowania kosztów osobowych KZGW, jako beneficjenta POPT realizującego politykę spójności poprzez wdrażanie zapisów dyrektyw unijnych w latach 2015-2021. Realizacja projektu została rozpoczęta w 2015 roku. PGW WP odpowiada za wdrożenie zapisów dyrektyw unijnych dotyczących gospodarki wodnej, tj. Ramowej Dyrektywy Wodnej, Dyrektywy Powodziowej, Ramowej Dyrektywy ws. Strategii Morskiej, , m.in. poprzez opracowanie odpowiednich dokumentów planistycznych. Obowiązki te również nałożone zostały na PG Wody Polskie w ustawie z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. Prawo wodne (Wśród wskazanych w dyrektywach dokumentów planistycznych znajdują się następujące opracowania: plany gospodarowania wodami na obszarach dorzeczy, wstępna ocena ryzyka powodziowego, mapy zagrożenia powodziowego i mapy ryzyka powodziowego, plany zarządzania ryzykiem powodziowym dla regionów wodnych i obszarów dorzeczy, plan przeciwdziałania skutkom suszy oraz ich aktualizacje. Powyższe opracowania dofinansowane są z funduszy unijnych, a co za tym idzie wskazane jest zapewnienie odpowiedniego wsparcia dla ich realizacji. Sfinansowane zostaną koszty wynagrodzeń oraz pochodnych od wynagrodzeń, pracowników PGW WP KZGW ponoszone w 2021 r. Kwalifikowalność stanowisk pracy określona zostanie na podstawie zakresów czynności/obowiązków służbowych. Aktualizowane zakresy czynności/obowiązków służbowych oraz inne dokumenty potwierdzające kwalifikowalność będą przekazywane do IZ POPT, z wnioskami o płatność za poszczególne kwartały. (Polish)
