Project implemented from 1.09.2022 to 30.06.2023. The aim is to obtain/complete the skills/qualifications of the profession in line with the needs of the labour market by 1507 people, including 905 women living in the KC or working or learning in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship aged 18-65, who, on their own initiative, wish to acquire, raise or supplement their competences, qualifications and skills, belonging to disadvantaged groups (they show the largest competency gap and have the greatest needs in access to education) in particular those with low qualifications and people over 50 years above the target group: at least 30 % of people living in medium-sized cities, including cities losing socio-economic functions — at least 30 % of people — living/learning/working in the Włocławskie Subregion or Grudziądz Subregion.The project will host 1507 vocational courses, including qualification courses for 991 people and competence for 516 people (competences or qualifications will be obtained at least 80 % of UP). The subject of vocational courses is based on the individual needs of participants, barriers and problems of the labour market and smart specialisations of regon. The basis of the project is a strong embedding in the realities of the labour market combined with many years of experience in the implementation of non-school forms of vocational training, among others through the experience of a partner operating for 13 years in the field of professional activation in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and a leader who has successfully completed or continues to implement more than 80 ESF educational projects. Proj. realizowany od 1.09.2022 r do 30.06.2023. Celem jest uzyskanie/uzupełnienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawod zgodnych z potrzebami rynku pracy przez 1507 osób, w tym 905 kobiet mieszkających wg KC lub pracujących lub uczących się na terenie woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego w wieku 18-65, które z własnej inicjatywy chcą nabywać, podnosić lub uzupełniać posiadane kompetencje, kwalifikacje i umiejętności, należące do grup defaworyzowanych (wykazują największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadają największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji) w szczególności os. o niskich kwalifikacjach i os. powyżej 50 r.ż.w/w grupie docelowej znajdzie się: - min. 30% os - zamieszkujące wg KC miasta średnie, w tym miasta tracące funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze - min. 30% os - zamieszkujące / uczące się/ pracujące w Podregionie włocławskim lub Podregionie grudziądzkimW ramach proj odbędzie się 1507 kursów zawodowych, w tym kursy kwalifikacyjne dla 991 os oraz kompetencyjne dla 516 os(kompetencje lub kwalifikacje uzyska min. 80% UP). Tematyka kursów zawodowych wynika z indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników, barier i problemów rynku pracy oraz inteligentnych specjalizacji regonu. Podstawą projektu jest mocne osadzenie w realiach rynku pracy połączone z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w realizacji pozaszkolnych form kształcenia zawodowego m.in. poprzez doświadczenie partnera - działającego od 13 lat w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej w woj kujawsko-pomorskim oraz lidera - który z sukcesem zrealizował bądź nadal realizuje ponad 80 projektów edukacyjnych EFS.
