Purpose: The aim of the project (according to SMART) is to increase the effectiveness of education in ZS by retrofitting the studio, improving staff — 2 n-li (2K) and increasing the employability of 61 students (23K) employed/educating in the ZS thanks to the implementation of trainings and internships until 31.12.2022. Target Group: 2 n-li (2K) and increased employability of 61 pupils (23K) employed/educating in ZS; 2 facilities covered by the project: Technical School and Industry School 1st degree.Tasks: 1. The establishment of a vocational education system in schools or establishments reflecting the actual working conditions of the professions taught (Type 1.j); 2. The development of key competences and universal skills necessary in the labour market for pupils or students of schools or vocational training institutions (Type 3); 3. Providing professional advice aimed at matching the supply of qualifications to the needs and requirements of the modern labour market (type 1.a); 4. Implementation of support for vocational training teachers and trainers of practical vocational learning aimed at improving professional competences or qualifications, including in vocational subjects or practical apprenticeships (Type 1.d); 5. Implementation of high-quality traineeships for pupils (type 2); 6. Implementation of additional support for obtaining or supplementing knowledge, skills, competences or professional qualifications of pupils or students, tailored to the needs of employers (type 1.c). 1 institution will be retrofitted, a minimum of 80 % of students and 100 % of teachers covered by the project will increase their competences/vocational qualifications.     Cel: Celem projektu (zgodnie ze SMART) jest podniesienie efektywności kształcenia w ZS poprzez doposażenie pracowni, doskonalenie kadry - 2 n-li (2K) oraz zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 61 uczniów (23K) zatrudnionych/kształcących się w ZS dzięki realizacji m.in. szkoleń i staży do 31.12.2022r.Grupa docelowa: 2 n-li (2K) oraz zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 61 uczniów (23K) zatrudnionych/kształcących się w ZS; 2 placówki objęte projektem: Technikum i Szkoła branżowa I stopnia.Zadania: 1. Tworzenie w szkołach lub placówkach systemu oświaty prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe warunków odzwierciedlających rzeczywiste warunki pracy właściwe dla nauczanych zawodów (typ 1 . j); 2. Kształtowanie u uczniów lub słuchaczy szkół lub placówek prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy (typ 3); 3. Realizacja doradztwa zawodowego ukierunkowanego na dopasowanie podaży kwalifikacji do potrzeb i wymagań nowoczesnego rynku pracy (typ 1.a); 4. Realizacja wsparcia nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu ukierunkowanego na doskonalenie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych, w tym w zakresie przedmiotów zawodowych lub praktycznej nauki zawodu (typ 1.d); 5. Realizacja wysokiej jakości staży dla uczniów (typ 2); 6. Realizacja dodatkowego wsparcia służącego uzyskiwaniu lub uzupełnianiu wiedzy, umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów lub słuchaczy, dostosowanego do potrzeb pracodawców (typ 1.c).Rezultaty: 1 placówka zostanie doposażona, minimum 80% uczniów i 100% nauczycieli objętych projektem podniesie swoje kompetencje/kwalifikacje zawodowe.
