The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of ICT innovations in the enterprise: — modern B2C ICT solutions; — solutions supporting day-to-day operations in the B2E enterprise — solutions supporting the development of cooperation between enterprises based on modern ICT solutions (B2B). They will optimise and automate the most important business processes carried out by the Applicant: marketing and sales, law, accounting and finance, and human resources. The planned project is a response to the identified needs of the Applicant in terms of improvement, automation and modernisation of the most important processes and activities that will be implemented in the company. As a result of the implementation of the system, the Applicant’s needs in terms of optimising the time for collecting and analysing the results of the work will be met. Implementation of the project will make it possible to make both operational and strategic decisions (short and long-term) on the basis of more reliable data and in a short time. Each part of the new system will support the functioning of specific business areas, including: sales, marketing, customer relationship, HR management, accounting. The solution planned to be implemented will thus affect the quality of service of customers, contractors and the daily work of all users using the system. Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacji z zakresu technologii informacyjno – komunikacyjnych: - nowoczesnych rozwiązań teleinformatycznych B2C; - rozwiązań wspomagających bieżącą działalność w przedsiębiorstwie B2E - rozwiązań wspierających rozwój współpracy między przedsiębiorstwami w oparciu o nowoczesne rozwiązania teleinformatyczne (B2B). Pozwolą one zoptymalizować i zautomatyzować najważniejsze procesy biznesowe realizowane u Wnioskodawcy: marketing i sprzedaż, prawo, księgowość i finanse oraz zasoby ludzkie. Planowany projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie usprawnienia, automatyzacji i modernizacji najważniejszych procesów i działań, które będą realizowane w firmie. W wyniku wdrożenia systemu zostaną zaspokojone potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie optymalizacji czasu na zbieranie oraz analizowanie wyników pracy. Realizacja projektu umożliwi podejmowanie decyzji zarówno operacyjnych jak i strategicznych (krótko i długoterminowych) na podstawie pewniejszych danych i w krótkim czasie. Każda z części nowego systemu wspomagać będzie funkcjonowanie określonych obszarów biznesowych m.in.: sprzedaż, marketing, relację z klientami, zarządzanie kadrami, księgowość. Planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązania tym samym wpłyną na jakość obsługi klientów, kontrahentów i codzienną pracę wszystkich użytkowników korzystających z systemu.
