The aim of the project is to increase the availability in the area of the rural commune of Jabłonna Lacka (G.Jabłonna) to high-quality pre-school education by implementing up to 10.2022 a support programme for the Preschool Education Centre in Bujałach-Mikosze (hereinafter the PLO rocks, rocking Mikosze 9, 08-304 Jabłonna Lacka), including: creation of new 11 places of pre-school education, including tailored to the needs of children with disabilities, implementation of classes equalising the opportunities of education and development of children in the scope of identified deficits, improvement of teachers’ skills and competences to work with children, including children with special education. The project will include at least 17 children (10DZ/7CH) from the pre-school branches. Non-public Kindergarten “Krasnal” (address: J.W.), for which the governing body is a natural person — E.Głuszak, M. King (Designor). The project responds to the needs of the PLO for educational services included in the (III-IV 2020) conducted by the PLO directorate to the diagnosis of the validity of the support (including equipment inventory). The diagnosis (taking into account the data from 2020) was made by the Applicant (the Applicant is the Leading Authority) before submitting the dofins. (tools: parent surveys-17ank./teach..3ank., data analysis stat.). The main conclusions (needs/problems) of the PLO’s diagnosis were fluctuating (indication from surveys, analyses, more in point.C2.1.2,): 1. Growing demand for new places of pre-school education in the area of G. Jabłonna (rural commune), which is characterised by a lower (85.6 %) than the d. (94.9 %) preschool education. This is confirmed by the analysis (taking into account the diagn.) of the statistics and the situation of the demographer. in the territory of G. Jabłonn (e.g. birth data and access to places of pre-school education in the municipality). 2. The need to expand/update the educational offer. PLO for classes serving equal opportunities for education and development of children from rural areas with defic. Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności na obszarze gminy wiejskiej Jabłonna Lacka (G.Jabłonna) do wysokiej jakości eduk. przedszk. poprzez realizację do 10.2022 programu wsparcia na rzecz Ośrodka Wychowania Przedszkolnego w Bujałach-Mikosze (dalej OWP Bujały, Bujały Mikosze 9, 08-304 Jabłonna Lacka), obejmującego: utworzenie nowych 11 miejsc edukacji przedsz. w tym dostosowanych do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosp., realizację zajęć wyrównujących szanse eduk. i rozwojowe dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji nauczycieli do pracy z dziećmi w tym z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrz. eduk. Projekt obejmie min.17 dzieci (10DZ/7CH) z oddziałów przedszk. Niepublicznego Przedszkola "Krasnal" (adres: j.w.), dla której organem prowadzącym jest osoba fizyczna – E.Głuszak, M.Król(Projektodawca). Projekt odpowiada na zdiag. potrzeby OWP Bujały na usługi w zakresie eduk. przedsz. ujęte w przeprowadzonej (III-IV 2020) przez dyrekcję OWP Bujały diagnozie zasadności wsparcia (z uwzgl. inwent. sprzętu). Diagnoza (uwzgl.akt.dane z 2020r.) zatw. została przez Wnioskodawcę (Wnioskodawca jest Organem Prowadzącym) przed złożeniem wn. o dofin. (narzędzia: ankiety-rodzice-17ank./naucz..3ank., analiza danych stat.). Najważniejsze wnioski (potrzeby/problemy) z diagnozy OWP Bujały (wskaz. z ankiet, analizy, więcej w pkt.C2.1.2, ): 1. Rosnące zapotrzebowanie na nowe miejsca edukacji przedszk. na terenie G.Jabłonna (gmina wiejska), która charakteryzuje się niższym (85,6%), niż śr. woj. (94,9%) stopniem upowszech. eduk. przedszkolnej.
