The planned investment consisting of the reconstruction with the extension of a service, office and warehouse building for the needs of a public kindergarten, aims to meet the needs of the inhabitants of the municipality of Siepraw in terms of the need for places in kindergartens, in particular in the public sector. The above-mentioned investment will not only solve the diagnosed problem of the community, but through its form, it will positively affect the aesthetic qualities of the area. The proposed functional program of the facility allows you to combine various social functions, e.g. in the afternoon the designed building may be a place for organising cultural events. Dimensions of the object: — height after extension 9.49 m — length after extension 38.55 m — width after extension 28.75 m Useful area: after the expansion of 1 119.10 m² Total area of the building: after the expansion of 1 359.25 m² Gross capacity of the building: after expansion 6 226.00 m³. The projected building of the local government kindergarten is a two-storey building, not basemented, covered with a flat roof and above the central part of the gable roof. Object with a compact, straight throw. All entrances to the building (main entrance and entrance to the boiler room and kitchen facilities) are located from the north side. From the south side (canteen, multifunctional room) evacuation exits were designed. The modernised building has 6 branches (2 on the ground floor of which1 unit adapted for the disabled and 4 on the first floor). The above-mentioned rooms have been designed in such a way as to optimally carry out educational and didactic tasks in their area, and above all to provide comfort for the youngest users during play and leisure. At the ground floor level, a dining room is located that can serve 54 children at the same time. Kitchen facilities are designed directly at the above-mentioned dining room. In the central part of the solid, on the ground floor, a multifunctional room was located, open to 2 storeys. Upstairs POP (English) | |||

Projektowana inwestycja polegająca na przebudowie z rozbudową budynku usługowo-biurowo-magazynowego na potrzeby przedszkola publicznego, ma na celu zaspokojenie potrzeb mieszkańców gminy Siepraw w zakresie zapotrzebowania na miejsca w przedszkolach, w szczególności w sektorze publicznym. W/w inwestycja nie tylko rozwiąże zdiagnozowany problem społeczności, ale poprzez swoją formę, wpłynie pozytywnie na walory estetyczne okolicy. Proponowany program funkcjonalny obiektu pozwala na łączenie różnych funkcji społecznych, np. w godzinach popołudniowych projektowany budynek może być miejscem organizacji wydarzeń kulturalnych. Wymiary obiektu: - wysokość po rozbudowie 9,49 m - długość po rozbudowie 38,55 m - szerokość po rozbudowie 28,75 m Powierzchnia użytkowa: po rozbudowie 1119,10 m2 Powierzchnia całkowita budynku: po rozbudowie 1359,25 m2 Kubatura brutto budynku: po rozbudowie 6226,00 m3. Projektowany budynek przedszkola samorządowego to obiekt dwukondygnacyjny, niepodpiwniczony, przekryty dachem płaskim oraz nad częścią środkową dachem dwuspadowym. Obiekt o rzucie zwartym, prostym. Wszystkie wejścia do budynku(wejście główne oraz wejścia do kotłowni oraz na zaplecze kuchenne) zlokalizowano od strony północnej. Od strony południowej (stołówka, sala wielofunkcyjna) zaprojektowano wyjścia ewakuacyjne. W zmodernizowanym budynku zaplanowano 6 oddziałów (2 na parterze w tym1 oddział przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz 4 na piętrze). W/w pomieszczenia zostały zaprojektowane w taki sposób aby optymalnie na ich obszarze realizować zadania wychowawczo-dydaktyczne, a przede wszystkim zapewnić komfort dla najmłodszych użytkowników w czasie zabaw oraz wypoczynku. Na poziomie parteru zlokalizowano jadalnię mogącą jednocześnie obsłużyć 54 dzieci. Bezpośrednio przy w/w jadalni zaprojektowano zaplecze kuchenne.
