The project aims to prevent, counter and combat the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. The actions planned in the project result from the current epidemiological situation and the needs of the individual. The tasks planned for the project are to finance one-off special allowances for 50 people who are part of a professional and experienced team: medical staff, other medical personnel (midwives, diagies, therapists, psychologists) and non-medical personnel, carrying out activities related to the treatment and prevention of the spread of the Sars-CoV2 virus. The team operates under special working conditions — in constant exposure to COVID-19. The project will indirectly contribute to: mitigating the epidemiological situation, enabling a rapid response in the event of an epidemiological threat at the site of the project, to be able to react quickly to counter the pandemic, to address the consequences of the pandemic in the form of adequate equipment for the delivery of appropriate healthcare in the event of COVID19, will have an impact on the better quality of the services offered to society, in particular as regards the prevention and impact of COVID19. The target group of the project is directly staff employed in the entity performing the medical activity listed in the List of entities providing health care services, including sanitary transport, in connection with the prevention of COVID-19 in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Projekt ma na celu zapobieganie, przeciwdziałanie i zwalczanie pandemii COVID-19 wywołanej koronawirusem SARS-CoV-2. Zaplanowane w projekcie działania wynikają z aktualnej sytuacji epidemiologicznej oraz związanych z tą sytuacją potrzeb jednostki. Zadania przewidziane do realizacji w ramach projektu to sfinansowanie jednorazowych dodatków specjalnych dla 50 osób wchodzących w skład profesjonalnego i doświadczonego zespołu: personelu lekarsko-pielęgniarskiego, innego medycznego (położne, diagności, terapeuci, psycholodzy) i niemedycznego, realizującego działania związane z leczeniem i zapobieganiem rozprzestrzenianiu się wirusa Sars-CoV2. Zespół funkcjonuje w szczególnych warunkach pracy – w ciągłym narażeniu na zachorowanie na COVID-19. Projekt pośrednio przyczyni się do: złagodzenia sytuacji epidemiologicznej, umożliwienia szybkiego reagowania w sytuacji zagrożenia epidemiologicznego w miejscu realizacji projektu, uzyskania możliwości szybkiego reagowania w celu przeciwdziałania pandemii, przeciwdziałania skutkom pandemii w postaci zapewnienia odpowiedniego sprzętu w celu realizacji właściwej opieki zdrowotnej w sytuacji zagrożenia COVID19, wpłynie na lepszą jakość oferowanych społeczeństwu usług, szczególnie w zakresie przeciwdziałania i skutków COVID19. Grupą docelową projektu jest bezpośrednio personel zatrudniony w podmiocie wykonującym działalność leczniczą wymienionym w Wykazie podmiotów udzielających świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej, w tym transportu sanitarnego, w związku z przeciwdziałaniem COVID-19 na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego.
