The main objective of the project is to increase the employability and active participation of 160 inhabitants of Włocławek and Włocławskie district (131 women, 29 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion by 30.06.2023. The objective will be achieved through participation in activities planned under the project, i.e. the diagnosis of turkey needs and potentials, as well as social and professional activation instruments. The project is aimed at 160 inhabitants/equipment of Włocławek and Włocławskie district, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who need social activation before applying labour market instruments and services, including: at least 10 persons with disabilities, 160 persons benefiting from social assistance benefits in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, i.e. meeting at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Act on Social Assistance. The planned project implementation indicators include: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme (160 persons); Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme (128). As part of the project, six tasks are planned: (1) Diagnosing the individual needs and potentials of project participants for the development of the reintegration pathway, (2) Active inclusion instruments of a social nature, (3) Active vocational integration instruments — vocational guidance, (4) Active vocational integration instruments — training, (5) Active vocational integration instruments — Intermediation, (6) Active vocational integration instruments — vocational traineeships. Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie do 30.06.2023 r. zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym 160 mieszkańców m. Włocławek i powiatu włocławskiego (131 kobiet, 29 mężczyzn) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej. Cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki udziałowi w działaniach zaplanowanych w ramach projektu, tj. diagnozie indyw. potrzeb i potencjałów, oraz instrumentach aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej. Projekt skierowany jest do 160 mieszkańców/ek m. Włocławek i powiatu włocławskiego, którzy są zagrożeni ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, którzy przed zastosowaniem instrumentów i usług rynku pracy wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, w tym: min. 10 osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 160 os. korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem przez pomoc społeczną, tj. spełniających co najmniej jeden z warunków określonych w art. 7 ustawy o pomocy społecznej. Planowane wskaźniki realizacji projektu to m.in.: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie (160os.); Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu (128os.). W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację 6 Zadań: (1) Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu, na potrzeby opracowania ścieżki reintegracji, (2) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, (3) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - poradnictwo zawodowe, (4) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - szkolenia, (5) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - pośrednictwo pracy, (6) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym – staże zawodowe.
