The subject of the project is an investment task consisting of the construction of a walking and bicycle route from plot 5-211/4 to Bukowskiego Street. This route is located in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, in the district of Olsztyn, in the Stawiguda commune. As part of the construction, it is envisaged: necessary preparatory work, including humus photo, construction of thrust pavement, execution of curbs and edges, finishing and accompanying works, replacement of existing and construction of new street lighting, reconstruction of collisions with equipment of tech infrastructure., organisation of traffic (vertical and horizontal marking), cutting of bushes conflicting with the development, construction of a technological channel, construction of small architecture. The length of the route will be 680 m. The project is in line with EIA 4. Energy efficiency of the Regional Operational Programme Warmia and Mazury 2014-2020, Action 4.4. Sustainable urban transport, sub-measure 4.4.1 eco-mobile MOF (ZIT Olsztyna). It implements CT4. Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors, PI4e. Promoting low-carbon strategies for all territories, in particular urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable, multimodal urban mobility and climate change mitigation adaptation actions, the specific objective: improving sustainable mobility of residents in the functional urban area of Olsztyn. The project aims to improve sustainable mobility and increase energy efficiency in Gm.Stawiguda. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest zadanie inwestycyjne polegające na budowie traktu pieszo-rowerowego od działki 5-211/4 do ulicy Bukowskiego. Przedmiotowy trakt zlokalizowany jest w województwie warmińsko- mazurskim, w powiecie olsztyńskim, w gminie Stawiguda. W ramach budowy przewiduje się: niezbędne roboty przygotowawcze, w tym zdjęcie humusu, wykonanie konstrukcji nawierzchni ciągu, wykonanie krawężników i obrzeży, prace wykończeniowe i towarzyszące, wymianę istniejącego i budowę nowego oświetlenia ulicznego, przebudowę kolizji z urządzeniami infrastruktury tech., organizację ruchu (oznakowanie pionowe i poziome), wycinkę krzewów kolidujących z rozbudową, budowę kanału technologicznego, budowę małej architektury. Długość traktu wyniesie 680 m. Projekt wpisuje się w OŚ 4. Efektywność energetyczna Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Warmia i Mazury 2014-2020, działanie 4.4. Zrównoważony transport miejski, poddziałanie 4.4.1 Ekomobilny MOF (ZIT Olsztyna). Realizuje CT4. Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, PI4e. Promowanie strategii niskoemisyjnych dla wszystkich terytoriów, w szczególności dla obszarów miejskich, w tym wspieranie zrównoważonej, multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej i działań adaptacyjnych mających oddziaływanie łagodzące na zmiany klimatu, cel szczegółowy: poprawa zrównoważonej mobilności mieszkańców w miejskim obszarze funkcjonalnym Olsztyna. Przedsięwzięcie dotyczy poprawy zrównoważonej mobilności i wzrostu efektywności energetycznej w Gm.Stawiguda. (Polish)
