The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the section of the district road no. 2310Z Piecnik-Próchnowo (without M. Próchnowo). The scope of the project includes (detailed description: 3.1.2.1 SWI): preparation of the application document; construction work; investor supervision; advice; promotion and information activities. The option adopted is optimal and guarantees the achievement of the project objectives. The works take into account the technologies and materials available on the market. The solutions used are to ensure the longest possible operation of items without the need to incur replacement costs in a short period of time. Project reconstruction of road 2310Z is entered on the list of tasks on the district roads of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship. Reconstruction of district road No 2310Z will facilitate access to the planned investment areas along road 2310Z on the section Bronikowo-Próchnowo (including the future large farm of chicken broilers). The 2310Z district road connects to the S10 road (on the TEN-T network) in Piecnik. The S10 road will connect the Szczecin-Świnoujście seaport team with the Warsaw agglomeration. On the S-10 road between Mirosławce and Piecnik there are many road events (collisions, accidents — including fatal ones) and the reconstructed road is a natural alternative road (detour) in the case of road events on the national and provincial road. Next to the village of Próchnowo there is Lake Bytyń, which is an important tourist point. Both during the implementation and operational phase, the project will be managed by a team of employees, composed of the staff of the Applicant and Operators. The applicant’s organisational capacity to implement the project is justified by its institutional structure, ensuring the functioning of the project, both during the implementation phase and in the operational phase. The operator has adequate technical and staffing facilities (wider description: 3.2.2 and 3.2.4 SWI). The investment will be adapted to the traffic of vehicles with a permissible mass of a single drive axle up to 11.5 t. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa odcinka drogi powiatowej nr 2310Z Piecnik-Próchnowo (bez m. Próchnowo). Zakres rzecz. proj. obejmuje (szczegółowy opis: 3.1.2.1 SWI): przygotowanie dok. aplikacyjnej; prace budowlane; nadzór inwestorski; doradztwo; działania promocyjne i informacyjne. Przyjęty wariant jest optymalny i gwarantuje osiągnięcie celów proj. Przy pracach uwzględniono technologie i materiały dostępne na rynku. Zastosowane rozwiązania mają zapewnić jak najdłuższą eksploatację przedmiotów bez konieczności ponoszenia nakładów odtworzeniowych w krótkim okresie czasu. Proj. przebudowy drogi 2310Z jest wpisany na Listę zadań na drogach powiatowych Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. Przebudowa drogi powiatowej nr 2310Z ułatwi dojazd do planowanych terenów inwestycyjnych wzdłuż drogi 2310Z na odcinku Bronikowo-Próchnowo (m.in. przyszłej, dużej fermy brojlerów kurzych). Droga powiatowa 2310Z łączy się z drogą S10 (będącą w sieci TEN-T) w miejscowości Piecnik. Droga S10 połączy zespół portów morskich Szczecin-Świnoujście z aglomeracją warszawską. Na drodze S-10 między Mirosławcem a Piecnikiem dochodzi do wielu zdarzeń drogowych (kolizji, wypadków – w tym śmiertelnych) – a przebudowywana droga jest naturalną drogą alternatywną (objazdem) w przypadku zdarzeń drogowych na drodze krajowej i wojewódzkiej. Obok miejscowości Próchnowo znajduje się jezioro Bytyń, będące ważnym punktem turystycznym. Zarówno w fazie wdrożenia, jak i operacyjnej proj. będzie zarządzany poprzez zespół pracowników, w skład którego wejdzie personel Wnioskodawcy i Operatorów. Uzasadnieniem zdolności organizacyjnej Wnioskodawcy do wdrożenia proj. jest jego struktura instytucjonalna, zapewniająca funkcjonowanie proj., zarówno w fazie realizacji i w fazie operacyjnej. Operator dysponuje odpowiednim zapleczem technicznym i kadrowym (szerszy opis: 3.2.2 i 3.2.4 SWI). Inwestycja będzie przystosowana do ruchu pojazdów o dopuszczalnym nacisku pojedynczej osi napędowej do 11,5 t. (Polish)
